My name is Lia but my friends usually call me Lili, my daddy calls me Liabean, and my siblings all call me bean. I'm in my sophomore year here at Brayden Prep and part of the elite group, we pretty much run the school. I have 3 sisters, one of which is my twin, and a brother. Mariana, my twin, and I are identical but I dyed my hair so that we wouldn't be mistaken for each other so easiily...it still happens sometimes though. I have a wonderful boyfriend, Matthew Henderson, who I do love very much. He's my everything and so much more. Since the age of five I've known I have type 1 diabetes, and now I'm trying to live my life as normally as possible. I refuse to let my diabetes definite me and will not be considered "that diabetic girl" because I usually feel great, and I feel like me. I am probably the girliest person you know! I love pastels, pinks, diamonds, pearls, and anything else you would consider girly. My mommy and daddy are both Italian, even if my mom is a quarter Puerto-Rican, and I'm so proud of my Italian heritage. I can be either your best friend, or your worst enemy.

I've only had a few ex's in the past, and I don't speak to any of them but in passing now. Right now I'm in a relationship with Matthew Henderson, and I love him so much, but I'm worried that him being in college is going to put a strain on our relationship. I don't even know how he's going to react when he finds out I'm pregnant. Eventually we're going to break up I've got a feeling that we're not going to last long after I have the baby, I can feel the change starting already. Maybe one day I can find it in me to move on from Matt when the time comes.

Being who I am and who I'm friends with it's no surprise that I have people who hate me, and that I hate. The people who I butt heads with the most are the preps, they think too highly of themselves. The wannabes are annoying but they're so desperate that they're useful...so are the nerds. The jocks I can stand, and the normals aren't that bad. Everyone else I don't really pay much attention to, so I don't really know. Though we might look like we've got everything together, I have a few people within my group that I don't get along with that great. Not to mention the rivalries and the people who have stabbed me in the back, or I have done that to, and every type of animosity in between that you can think of.

Besides family, friends are the most important thing to me. My sisters, brother, and parents are literally the best friends I have. They support me no matter what I do or choose, when I was diagnosed they were all there to tell me it would be alright. My twin and I are practically inseparable. While I pretty much get along with everyone in my group, there are a select few that stand out amongst the rest. To my teachers I am a decent student, but my attention span can be a little lacking. As with any other student, there are teachers who love me and teachers that can't stand me. I couldn't care any less though, because once I graduate (and I will) in two years I won't have to deal with them anymore.
